exactly what i was looking for, reviews were spot on. peaceful location, waterfront lovely, hosts warm friendly & helpful. cottage perfect for a couple, comfortable, spacious, had everyhing we needed & nice & clean. Def recommend & would happily return.

The other reviews do not lie, I stayed in one of the spacious waterfront cottage style rooms. Separate Lounge french doors to deck overlooking the water! Large eat in Kitchen with fridge , cooker etc and large bedroom. Sparkling clean with comfortable furniture. Free wifi - Highly recommended for great value in Lakes!

This motel is the best discovery I have made at Lakes. I have stayed in the area many times but in future will returne to the Lakes Waterfront. Helpful hosts, nothing too much trouble), clean, spacious accommodation with super views of Cunningham Arm, and visiting black swans! Wish we could have stayed longer, but will be back!

Peter and Gillian could not do enough for us during our two day visit. They went beyond the call to ensure we were looked after. The room we had was clean, well equipped, comfortable and very good value for the money.
