Central location to the CBD. Rooms are quaint, simple and clean. Breakfast is available each day. Dave and Fiona make you feel welcome. Be advised there's no air conditioning if you visit in the warmer months. I'd stay there again.

Lovely B&B very well placed in the centre of Launceston (though this does lead to a bit of traffic noise at night as one would expect for such a convenient location). Only one night here but we were not disappointed. Great location the room was clean, warm and spacious as well as parking out the back. Fiona and David were wonderfull hosts and the breakfast with other travellers a nice start to the day.Just a short walk down to the city shops and attractions all in all a very nice stay.
