Thank you to Whiteoaks for their hospitality towards my family recently, when we had to stay in Toowoomba from interstate. The location is perfect in relation to St Vincent's Hospital, where we had a sick family member. The caring staff were just lovely to us the entire time we stayed. Thank you again for making an uncertain time bearable.

The managers are friendly and keen to provide great customer service. Nothing is too much trouble. Clean rooms, undergoing constant refurbishment. Please try not to lose the charm of WhiteOaks, it is what keeps us coming back. Initially chosen as it was walking distance to Weis restaurant..but that restaurant is now a disgrace.do not let that deter you from Whiteoaks.

In 2007 my Father & I stayed in one of the fully self-contained townhouses for a week whilst my Mother was in St. Vincent's Hospital, a short walk away.
