From the moment we arrived for a 3 night business trip, the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. From the receptionist to the cleaner, staff are professional, friendly and eager to help. Rooms are beautifully appointed and services and the location is fantastic, close to shops and town and work for us.

Stayed there for Easter 2013, very central location, price matches the service provided, very clean, super modern hotel studio room, with kitchen facilities, bathroom immaculate, reception staff very friendly.

Four of us stayed here for 1 night after 10 nights on a boat in the Whitsundays, so it felt extremely spacious! It was clean and had everything in it we needed. We did find it hard to locate somewhere decent for dinner as the hotel restaurant was booked out for a function, but that might be MacKay's fault rather... More

I certainly would not decscribe this establishment as 4.5 star but it is clean and conformatable and centrally located and only a short walk from the MKY Entertainment Centre. The rooms have a microwave and also the standard tea and coffee making facilites with a toaster. It's only a block or two to Wood st with coffee shops and restaurants.

Good moderate price option. Secure carparking . Central location . Great shower. Restaurant in hotel good. Very close to Canelands shopping centre and nice river walk and man made pool complex. Checking was efficient . No housekeeping on Sundays

Organised in one night, the quest was a pleasure to stay at! Staff were friend and helpful, it's location is ideal and everything was clean and stylish! Grabbed an awesome weekend deal. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed in a studio room which was clean and well maintained. Price was a bit high but thats what you pay in Mackay, have stayed in a couple of the motels on Nebo Road and would rather pay the extra to stay here. Needs a couple of chairs or a sofa to sit and watch TV.
