This hotel is well located to go to Surfer's paradise, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel! At walking distance, you can find a coles! Rooms are big and clean! And the staff is realllyy friendly.

i can say this is a budget place. dont expect 5 star and luxury bed. Complete with TV, microwave, coffee making, hairdryer. Toilet and bathroom aging. bed reasonably comforatble and clean. the staff/ ( maybe the owner) Donna was helpful during stay. Located along the Gold coast highway, so easily assess to 'the centre'. Bus stop around 50 m away.

the owners/staff extremely friendly and helpful. Mitch and his mum couldnt do enough to help. Rooms needed some tlc to update ie/ places to hang towels. Found two cockroaches in room. good location to beach/ supermarket.
