I expected better for the price. Dubbo seems quite expensive for what you get. The room was old and is in need of a reno. As it is situated on the main road there were trucks going pas constantly. If a place is in such a location double glazed windows would not go astray. The staff were friendly.

We booked a motel unit on line without any issues. On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was compact but for two people overnight it was not an issue. We were there in 2011 in the winter it was horrible the heater did not work the hot water was cold the bed was low the TV did not work we were near gas bottles we went up for the zoo we had a smoker room when we said a non smoke room please choose somewhere else in Dubbo

We stayed here for 3 nights recently. Lovely to see, for a change, that the fees are being put back into the park. The amenities and grounds are lovely, people are very helpful.
