The only problem with this visit was that it was too short! We overnighted at the Lakeside Motel and thorougly enjoyed our stay. The room was spotless and the view was magnificent. The lovely gardens just added to the enjoyment. Although we were early our room was ready for us. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again! More

Great location, 5-10 min walk to local bar and centre of town and to Real Journeys office. Great facilities for those that want to cook rather than eat out (microwave and stove top). We just stayed here for one night. Spacious room, bit dated interior but clean. We had a downstairs room with nice lakeviews. Short walk to town, good location for visiting Milford Sound. More

I highly recommend Lakeside Motel & Apartments. We had a very warm welcome from reception when we arrived and the staff are very friendly. The room was immaculately clean and tidy. It was very comfortable, although a bit dated, but had everything we needed. Definitely one of the best priced Motels in Te Anau. We will stay here again. More

This is a regular style motel, the rooms are spacious and clean but the best element is the view, go for an upstairs room and look out from the balcony over a lake and mountains, just fantastic. Good value for money. More
