“One of the very best lodges available for the price”

I've stayed at several different backpackers on frequent visits to Queenstown and this is my favourite. Beds are comfortable and dorms are warm. Kitchen is excellent. The Black Sheep is a great place to stay in Queenstown if you are looking for value for money accomodation close to town and are happy to share your space with energetic international travellers. If you are going to queenstown just stay at Black sheep, great place, clean, friendly helpful staff, equipped kitchen, good location, nice beds.Free Internet and bike! I recomend and i'll be back there.

very cheap backpackers pretty well run but being a bit older than most there I find that most werer coming in at about five in the morning and making a heck of a din! it was a pretty good location though although its easy to get around Queenstown.

great place, friendly helpful staff, clean equipped kitchen, luggage store, clean linen, nice outdoor area for chilling out. quiet location not far from town. rooms had good amount of space for packs,gear .

I really enjoyed this place! Good prices, friendly and helpful staff, free wifi, comfortable rooms and a good spacious kitchen. I would choose the same accommodation if I ever go to Queenstown again :)
