Stayed three nights. Rooms are nice, lovely lounge area, reasonable breakfast. It is quite expensive for what it is and there are better options in Queenstown. Not too far from town, up a quite steep hill however. Balcony is a bit of a waste of time at it is tiny and only good for 1 person to stand on it.... More

Although it is a steep walk up to this hotel is it very close to all you need in Queenstown. It is pricey but we did get a special deal so it made it a reasonable cost which included breakfast. Breakfast was first class and had a good atmosphere. Offered plenty of options to have a good breakfast, catered for... More

This is a classy hotel with atmosphere hard to find in other hotels these days. The lobby itself is worth a look and feel, complete with its rustic fireplace and wooden beams and ceilings. The rooms are large sized and very comfy. The peace and quiet of the surrounding, flawless amenities like the air con, in-room kitchen, quality bed and... More

Position, position, position. This hotel is ideally located in Queenstown. The hotel is set above the lake with great views from most rooms. The hotel is also located a few minutes walk from the busy town centre but on a quiet street with minimal traffic. The hotel is well run with stylish decor.... a boutiquey feel rather than a large... The service we experienced was excellent from the front desk to the restaurant and room servicing. The room we were booked into was very comfortable and well laid out. The location for this hotel could not be better since it is well situated practically in the centre of Queenstown. What we liked least was the food, in particular the vegetarian... More

We are repeat stayers at this hotel. Very good service, clean, tidy and comfortable. We will try out the lake view next time as understand now that you do have some rooms that open up onto a small balcony. We had on a previous stay been directed to a lakeview with extremely minimal fresh air availability via small windows, so... More

When checking in, with confirmation in hand, we where told that we where not booked. We where made to feel like we where an anoyance. After waiting for over a half hour, we where given a room. The room had an air condtion handler that was so loud we made a video of it for the management so that it... More

What a posh but humble hotel. This was a birthday surprise to me booked by my partner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is also close to town. View from our room was stunning. My partner actually upgraded our room to a sea/mountain view room. What a great and perfect choice. Love it!
