Sue made us very welcome on arrival and our room overlooking the lake and town was very comfortable, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. “Perfect”

As an elegant lady,Sue brings the same quality into her B&B.Hope the tourists,especially the chinese tourist could enjoy their stay here. Tip:It is ON THE HILL and the street nearby is upgrading now,so it makes me a little nervous when I drove there first time.LOL,but it is worthy.

“Great View, great location, great place”

We stayed three nights....Sue is the perfect host....close by for info and lets you alone to enjoy here home. She makes you feel like its yours. Terrific view of Queenstown and mountains. Steep walk to it, best to have a car to get there and to downtown. You'll want Lake Room.

“Exceptional B&B”

Wonderful experience. Lovely setting with view over lake, quiet setting but easy, attractive walk to city centre, stylish decor, warmest of welcomes and help from Sue, excellent bedrooms and ensuites and delicious breakfasts. Couldn't be bettered and can't wait to visit again
