We two couples shared a 3 bedroom apartment. It was really spacious, well equipped and had a great view over the town. I would thoroughly recommend staying here in Queenstown. More

The 5 of us travelled for 15 nights and totally agreed that this place is by far the best we have stayed. Totally spacious, complete with all amenities like washing machine and dryer. We stayed a total of 4 nights and totally enjoyed it. Aily is a hospitable host with loads of recommendations for activities in Queenstown, you can make... More

We stayed in a three bedroom apartment with a double in one and two singles in others. You have to climb three flights of stairs before getting to the living/kitchen area and other two to get to the bedrooms. Not a good idea when you have a lot of luggage or small children. The apartment has no supplies whatsoever -... More

4 adults (30's) stayed here for 5 nights. The apartment we stayed in was enormous, 3 double rooms, 2 en-suite! Lovely views, not far from town but far enough away to be out of all the bustle. The lady that runs this building could not be more helpful, she even arranged for shopping to be delivered (there was already food... More

Booked this place for a skiing trip. Access to accommodation was treacherous to say the least. The fact that the property management did not regularly salt the access certainly did not help! Also note food "on sold" by management has a 20-25% premium and you probably wont be told that until it is time to settle the bill. More

The accommodation had all of the basic requirements without being memorable. Some of the fittings required updating and the apartment that we stayed in (Apartment 16) needed a coat of paint. The kitchen was reasonably spacious but underequiped. There were a few basic items that were missing (like soap), which were unexpected. The bedrooms were a good size and equiped... More

Stayed in a 3 bdrm villa. One room had kingsize bed, another had queensize and third room had 2 single beds. Good kitchen facilities - included dishwasher. Nice and warm - had underfloor heating as well as a gas fire. Master bedroom had an ensuite. Only thing lacking was flat screen TVs would've expected flat screen for the tariff. Good... More

We stayed here for two nights. The spacious 2-bedroom apartment is fully equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities (with dryer). Clean and comfortable bedrooms, a queen bed in the master, two single beds in the second bedroom. Everything is in good working condition. We had fantastic view both in the living room and the balcony. The host was helpful and... More

We have just returned from a family ski holiday staying with Ailey (manager) at Heritage Heights. It was truly a fantastic place to stay and the advice/service provided by Ailey was on the mark with everything she suggested we do and eat! The apartments do have the best views of Queenstown and the rooms were spacious and warm with all... More
