Our third stay at these lovely apartments was enhanced by the removal of a tree blocking views of the city and the bay of Dunedin. It is such a delight to wake up and watch the glorious sunrises! We are planning our FOURTH stay in 2014!

Located just outside the center of Dunedin these apartments provide a great base for exploring the area. Awesome hosts, great 5 star rooms, maginificent views of Dunedin, perfect location. Can't wait to have an excuse to stay again. Very hand to supermarkets, local restaurants and down hill walk (20 minutes) to the Octogon with more fantastic restaurants, cafes and entertainment. Enjoy your stay!

We stayed 4 delightful nights at the Roslyn Apartments. Immediately we were impressed with the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Then we were impressed with the decor and the views from our rooms. We spent 2 nights in this beautiful apartment. The location was great - close to local shops and restaurants (Luna restaurant was superb) and within reasonable distance from the city centre. We stayed for three nights and had one of the most comfortable beds ever. The apartment was well appointed, an easy walk into Dunedin (slightly harder coming back uphill, but not bad), and we loved the comfortable bed. We hope to return soon!

We stayed here for 2 nights. This is a real apartment -- not a generic motel suite. There is a washer, a dryer, a dishwasher, and a large screen TV. The furniture is comfortable and the free internet/wi-fi was very fast. The hosts/owners are very friendly and helpful.
