Very adequate. Clean tidy unit. Pretty basic inside. Free use of a DVD player which was good. We were offered a free newspaper each morning but one morning it didn't eventuate. Quite loud traffic noise as it is on a main road. Kitchenette was basic and very compact.

This is a great motel which is very close to the central city. Only 5 minutes from the CBD. The hosts are very very friendly and helpful. The rooms are above average for their price range.
