“Beautiful old house, excellent hosts”

We had a lovely warm welcome from Jan to this very grand old house. We were interested in the history of the house as we noticed the Scottish thistles in the beautiful stained glass windows, and Jan explained the house was built in 1905 by a Scottish family. It isn't often you find B&Bs where you feel like you are part of the family. Alan & Jan did just that, and we shared amazing stories and memories, along with the other guests there, for the 2 days we stayed. very good bed and. breakfast, clean and tidy! buffet breakfast with a wide selection, fresh coffee! perfect service, Alan took us on the last day to the airport. It was a Great Stay!! Anytime again!!!! I come back to New zeeland :-)
