Staying here for 3 days. Sanitary condition of the hotel is not bad and has good customer service. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Providing free parking and Chinese service. Assistant return money found and help us to solve the problems about transportation route.

Reality is a far cry from what is suggested! We rented two bed room. Location is convenient. Free parking. Good customer service and can provide Chinese language assistance. Also assisted us to rent car and book flight. Helped to download GPS to my iPhone for benefit our whole trip in New Zealand.

Paid for a triple studio only got two single beds even tho we asked for the queen bed, The reception smelt really bad, Room service was a joke did not make the bed just pulled the top blanket up. The good thing was the free parking.
