Hotel is very handy to Wellington CBD & shopping, easy walk to most places. Very helpful & obliging staff. Rooms were immaculately presented. Ate both breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant and the services was excellent. Very enjoyable stay.

We stayed for three nights. I had booked for three adults but there were only 2 of everything. two cups, teaspoons, glasses etc. There were four towels and three hand towels etc. Odd! I left a note requesting a third cup so we could all have a cup of tea at the same time but it was ignored.

The room is quite old and bathroom has Ibis standard. Location is good (but Ibis is better) and valet parking is pretty expensive. Next time I would consider staying at Ibis. The restaurant is good, especially for desserts!
