An excellent four night stay at this comfortable hotel. Coming in on the "nightrider" flight from Auckland we checked in around midnight, with helpful, pleasant staff. Stayed at Novotel for a 2 night holiday with family. From check in to check out we had an awesome stay! All the staff were very helpful- nothing was a problem. We stayed on first floor and had 2 lovely nights sleep in our very comfortable beds. Nice and handy to shops and tsb arena- would stay again definitely :-)

Found staff helpful in every way , from giving directions , looking after bags , food was great , would stay again . Rooms clean and tidy , Stayed with family and friends . Children loved the computers in the lobby .

Had an awesome girls weekend at the Novotel Wellington! I had a girls weekend with a friend. Close to everything. Great breakfast for our hang over and awesome Happy hour drinks! The room was nice and clean. The only down side it was about a 15min stagger home from Courtney place, not good in the state we were in.

Our 7 day stay here was very comfortable. Service was excellent and they dealt with our many enquiries swiftly and politely. The lower exit to the buses, shops, and quay is easy and convenient when you know how to get there. We didn't ask and had to climb steep hill!
