A really nice quiet and peaceful place to stay. Price extremely cheap, location perfect, clean and tidy. Easy to travel to attractions without having to enter the city centre. Paul was friendly and very helpful, would definitely stay again. Thanks heaps.

My partner (now husband) and I stayed at the Studio Motel in Rotorua on our trip there and the service was great. We were travelling to Rotorua on the spur of a moment decision to eneter a sports event, and were looking for an affordable motel that was easy to find and handy to where we needed to be - we found it at the Studio Motels

Not that flash but clean and comfortable accomadation had a 1 bedroom unit comfortable sleep four adults for 2 nights would stay again.

A bit worn down, but clean and absolutely fine for a few nights. Stove, micro wave, refridgerator, water boiler. Other wise, the kitchen is very under-equipped, especially regarding cutlery. One small soap and no shampoo, and no milk for a whole weekend for two was disappointing. And there was no light over the bathroom mirror.
