Excellent accommodation, Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to major attractions. Plenty of activities to keep children busy. Restaurant on site and our group had a fantastic dinner prepared by the new chef. A excellent place to stay. Pet friendly. BBQ Pool Spa

We had an unpleasant experience with the hotel staff as they have moved us from one room to another. Rooms are old but clean. Nothing special about this hotel except that it's very close to Skyline and Rainbow Springs.

This motel is on outskirts of Rotorua but that makes it all the better. Owners extremely helpful, the arranged car hire for us and dropped us to the place. Lovely breakfast delivered to your door if you want .. All in all a nice place to stay.. Room was very clean and facilities were very good

We are currently staying at Braeside and very happy with our choice. We have a hire car and think the location is great. Although so close to the main road, it is very quiet and has beautiful trout stream running along the front with abundant bird life. The ducks would have come into our unit if I had let them!... More
