On this return visit with a friend we were welcomed by the owners Rae and Steve as long lost friends. They provided a friendly environment for my companion to relax and recover. Can thoroughly recommend this accomodation for anyone. We had the disabled unit and this proved a gret choice for my companion.

We stayed a few nights. The place was quite smelly. It needed freshening. The pool was immaculate. But if you get a room near the road it's a noisy road. No air con but fans in the room. Nice clean bathrooms. Supermarket right next door.

We stayed for work, but I would definately stay out of my own choice too. The staff were always accomodating and friendly! We have stayed there 4 times, and each visit never fails with service and a great room. Boat washing facilities are provided, and the supermarket is right next door. Highly recommended for your next visit to Paihia!

Just lovely, friendly efficient staff, gorgeous gardens and massive pool. Rooms spacious and very clean and up to date. Comfortable beds. Kids play area great and had fun on the tennis court. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great hospitality by the couple running it, they were friendly and eager to help, they also booked our tours for us. Great location right next to the Count down shop, with a 15 minute walk into town. Nice pool and spa, daily servicing of apartment was good too, rooms were clean and a decent size.
