Nice enough place, clean, no issues. Receptionists were all friendly and professional, they were very helpful with answering all of our questions -- and we had lots, being in a foreign country. They stored our luggage, got us a cab, it was all much appreciated.

The hotel/serviced apartments are in a prime position in Auckland central, with a short walk to Eden Park/Harbour/Viaducts/Queen Street shopping. The rooms were small but comfortable, with a comfortable bed and the basics. I had stayed here for 2 nights during Feb during my HM trip. We stayed in Auckland to take rest and on the way to Rotorua. Otherwise Auckland does not have too many exclusive attractions if you are travelling to south island as well. Super shuttle knew about the place but was a bit confused. Stayed for two nights. I would consider this very basic accommodation with little to no service from bored reception staff. The carpet was filthy in our room with stains all over it and on the couch. Beds were good. The shower was very cheap and 'plasticy' and the bathroom floors didn't look like they had been cleaned for a while.... More

Rooms kept well. Had Internet included in rate. Breakfast pack ok- juice, muffin , banana and muesli bar. A fair walk to main restaurant area (walk home uphill) although cheap city bus up queen st helped for way home. Close to sky tower which was handy for a nice meal. Immediate area was a bit deserted. We stayed here for a total of 3 nights in March '13. The rooms are well planned, clean and have all the equipment necessary for self contained. However, the area is very suss. great location and close to everywhere we wanted to be in auckland. Rooms were of a good size and service with a smile. We found the hotel on wotif and would stay here again. Try to get a room on the upper level
