Rooms were very comfortable, great location, we were there for a concert which was easy walking distance and felt safe and close enough to walk. The staff were very helpful and I loved the breakfast included in my Room Rate (which was so worth the extra few dollars)

Checking in -brilliant service also taking our bags up to our room. Restaurant staff were amazing thank you. Centrally located and walking distance to everything - you can't do better. The bed was soooo comfortable. Views of Sky tower; and across the harbour. Only down side was it was busy so check in took a while - but that a small inconvenience.
