This was the residence of the US Consul in Auckland. David and Averill owned it and when the Yanks moved out they moved in. The bedrooms are huge with a view over the grass tennis court but not the swimming pool.The bathrooms is even bigger with a heated floor (essential in Auckland) and you have your own living room downstairs....
