“Amazing beds great customer service. Tired hotel though”

Stayed one night in king suite. Very big and amazing bed. Overall very clean and tidy bu hotel old and in need of refurb. Would stay again. Aircon didn't work in bedroom area so they moved us and gave a complimentary bottle of bubbles. More

I stayed at the Parmelia Hilton for just one night but it was long enough to appreciate the Hilton expericene. We booked the Parmelia Hilton in Perth as a mystery deal on Wotif in December 2011. We have stayed in a lot of hotels in Perth but the service and friendliness of the staff at Parmelia was so much better than any of the other hotels. The room we had was lovely and we would anytime book this hotel again. More
