My friend from Malaysia had recommended North Melbourne apartments to me. My husband and I were grateful she did! The service is excellent, efficient and courteous, the room is clean, tidy with comfortable bed and adequate cooking, bathroom and laundry facilities. The trams are literally out front and the city centre is just a walk away.

Quite a down market establishment, devoid of many of the basics expected of a hotel (lift, 24 hour reception, etc). Stayed here for a week recently. The bathrooms could do with a renovate, but found it to be very clean and tidy. Everything needed is here and the manager is very helpful and friendly. Tram stops right outside and supermarket close by.

Stayed here for a few days whilst preparing for my daughters surgery at the nearby hospital. The staff were very accommodating and fantastic with kids. The room was fine. Location great ( lovely suburb). This places best assets are the amazing staff. Thanks nma.
