This was a great place for us to stay while we were visiting Melbourne. The staff were very polite, friendly and had great knowledge of the city. This a really good hotel and fully justifies it's rating. Otherwise - nice rooms, helpful staff, free wifi, great location, good security, laundry facilities and a lot of effor to make up for missing services (I.e gym, room service) by striking deals with local providers. Good stuff. More

Excellent location, especially for out of towers. Very short walk from Skybus/southern cross station. Easy walk to town and to the tennis trams before the big crowds get on. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with all the amenities we needed. Perfect. We'll be back! More
