Room down the back of the complex, tiny bathroom in need of attention, noisy fridge and cigarette smoke smell. Rate themselves 4.5 star, closer to 3. Room service food from cafe not restaurant very ordinary selection and quality. Pricy but did include cont. b/fast in cafe.

The best thing about this hotel is it's staff. I had wonderful service from the front desk, and the staff in the restaurant. The room I had had a door onto a pretty garden. Very nice property. Had a wonderful meal in the main restaurant--impressive wine list. Room was nicely decorated, clean and fresh with ample space. A remote control for the air conditioning was great when I wanted to change the temp at 2am! I really liked the bright, roomy bathroom. Room service for breakfast was on time as scheduled and nice portions.

Spa not working. I was in the end room closest to the highway so there was a lot of noise of trucks braking from about 3am. I had informed them that I was coeliac and the "gluten free" option that they had contained oats ( which contain gluten). From the website I was expecting more.
