Basic but close to the city and was very cheap. One anyway does not spend much time in the rooms in CBD. Staff was helpful. Free car park in Melbourne helped us choose this motel against others. Great value for money.

Stayed over a weekend - went to the Working with Wood Show nearby at the Show grounds. We were pleasantly surprised by our upstairs apartment. It was very clean and spotless, smelt fresh and had everything we needed. Owners were very friendly. We enjoyed Free WiFi and Free Car-parking. My family and I stayed in an appartment at Park Squire for 5 nights. We all found that the rooms were clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very polite and extremely helpful. This is not my first stay here and definately wont be my last.
