We stayed in double room with a kitchenette during the Australian Open and found the room to be spacious and clean. They even had the schedules for the tennis at reception. Staff were friendly and courteous. Great location, quick walk to the city and Chinatown areas. I recommend people staying here who are looking for comfort but are price conscientious.

Great location with walking distance from almost everything the CBD has to offer. Near to Melbourne Central, Queen Victoria Market, Federation Square, etc. Fast end efficient check-in and out, good cleanliness. 2BR apartment arrangement is award though, and white lights is bad for our mood.

The location of Somerset on Elizabeth is centrally located and apartment units are clean and complete with facilities so everything was convenient. Staff is very helpful as well. We are quite satisfied with our stay in their two bedroom apartments; unfortunately, they are a bit run down and are up for renovation, totally not as what their website shows...
