Walking distance from Skybus stop (great for airport transfer), however, the room/property just 'feels' very cramped. Having stayed in a few Melbourne CBD hotels this is a standard issue, but something feels a little better about others I have stayed for a similar price.

Impressed for the price paid. In the CBD, though not too central, it was right near the Southern Cross station and therefore easy to get places with a few extra connections. A little quiet to walk around at night though. Great clean rooms. Adequate space. Would stay there again.

Lovely stay in a hotel that is very central to the main shopping of Melbourne and just a short stroll away from all of those great restaurants in Lygon Street. Booked through my travel agent and was absolutely delighted to find a full breakfast was included on arrival. Rooms were clean and nice and quiet.
