Good comfortable room, staff could have been a bit friendlier. Breakfast was good. The location is excellent, very close to everything with no traffic noise. However there was a noisy group in the room next to ours, and unfortunately we could hear them through the adjoining door in the small hours of the morning. Otherwise good, happy to stay again. More

What a great place to stay for a Melbourne visit - close to everything I wanted to do this time round, quiet on the 7th floor, non-intrusive housekeeping staff, quick and efficient front of house staff, soft towels, hot shower with plenty of pressure, shuttle back to the airport.
