Really happy to stay here (& have before), but unfortunately the hot spa I was looking forward to wasn't to be. Maintenance need to look after this better... Half full and luke warm. Much better by morning after filling it myself and pumping up the heat!

my young teen daughter and myself spent five days, rooms spotlessly clean, well equipped. we found transport easily accessible, enjoyed a great breakfast every morning and thoroughly enjoyed the huge varieties of restaurants on lygon street, would definitely stay again.

We needed to stay in the city and the Rydges on Swanston more than met our expectations. Hotel room was very spacious and service was great. We also signed up with priority guest rewards which gave us a discount, 2 free drinks and complimentary Internet. Only downside is that the bathroom needs a slight renovation. We'll be staying here again!
