Nice hotel in Hobart. There is a steep hill from the centre to the hotel when walking. Breakfast was good, but cold plates left the food cold. Double Bed was on the small/hard side, but room was clean & TV good. Dinner Menu was limited - room service menu same as restaurants Indoor parking at $10 per night.

The Mercure met all our needs whilst in Hobart. Value for money was there, although a little out of town. We found the staff very helpful and the breakfast delicious. The staff were very prompt in fixing up problems with the T.V.

Comfortable short stay, well located, reception staff very good and helpful. Disappointed with the restaurant meal, eg. Pumpkin soup with crusty bread, soup was average and the bread was NOT crusty, it was actually doughy and disappointing.

on a very steep road, parking underneath quite hard to access as boom gate at top. Rooms quite hot, need room with sliding door to let air flow, no air conditioning. Bed very comfortable, room service excellent.

The hotel is a 5min walk from the main shopping centre. The staff are very freindly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is delightful. The only downside is the fee for secure parking under the hotel.
