Whatever to pros and cons of this hotel - one issue needs attention. It's possible to feel a tingling sensation when touching to the taps while showing. This problems seems to affect the two northern blocks (where we stayed both times - but could be a problem else-where) Clearly this is a situation that management needs address without delay.

Comfortable stay; just remember you are in the outback, there is constant dust storms, rodents , pests etc. don't forget the heat. We found the stay comfortable after a long drive. Rooms weren't the cleanest however that was expected. Meal were fantastic, one of the best meals we had whilst travelling around Australia.

Check in was good, area clean. The Glendambo Motel is over 150 miles and 2½ hours from Coober Pedy, so to include it in Trip Advisor for the opal town is a little misleading.
