My wife and I had a great time, Grant and Lisa and the staff made us feel very welcomed. To our pleasant surprise they upgraded our room, to make our special two days a wonderful experience. We had had an event cancelled on us, so the upgrade went a long way in making up for the cancellation. Thank you again.

the Mercure Grosvenor is in a fantastic location, very close to all the City has to offer. The rooms are rather small as is the bathroom but are very comfortable. The meals are great. Reception and service staff were very good. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent service on all levels. Accor Advantage Plus excellent service. Was at the front of the hotel - beautiful view of the casino, etc. Reception was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Was situated on 5 floors.

Quiet room located well away from the noise of roadworks on North Terrace. Great coffee in the Federal cafe but room was a real dissappointment. Extremely small and hot. Budget room with a nice finish, ask for a larger room, there are bigger ones. Great location for our convention but wouldnt stay again.

Whilst the hotel is well located and pretty good for short stays there was an issue. On street parking is particularly bad if you have a car. Hotel hallways a bit dated but our room was excellent and modern . Close to everything (Central Adelaide) Parking underneath - easily accessable REsturant for Dinner was great. Good wine and Menu. Breakfast variety of food offered.
