I recommend this hostel if you are looking for a budget accommodation. They got shared rooms and also double room, which is where we stayed. It is clean, in a great location and the staff was lovely and helpful.

This was the second time I stayed at Hostel 109. I was greeted like an old friend and again I found the hostel first class. Hostel 109 is in walking distance of CBD.
Right across the street there is a first rate pub for food and drink. The staff are friendly and helpful. The organization of the kitchen area is...

We booked a double room. The room contains a king sized bed, tv, table, clothes cabinets with many hangers and a fridge.
The good: Location, reasonable pricing, comfortable big bed, free wifi, free use of computer and able to print stuff (for a very small fee), Playstation (i didn't use them), free coffee and milk, well equipped kitchen, clean toilet...

There are two hostels from the same owner and we used both: one is a bit older but more quiet (Backpackers Inn), the other (Hostel 109) is 'the head office' and more modern but a little bit more busy. They are in the same street, just opposit from each other.

I have to admit after reading the amazing reviews I expected more from this place, but I found it was a bog standard hostel with nothing really memorable about it. Not saying it wasnt nice though just my expectations were raised! The highlight was the free internet and 4 computers and the free tea and coffee. The rooms, bathrooms and...

It's really an amazing place to stay if you tours Adelaide for its good location, pro kitchen, lab room and fittable room. Also, the gentleman manager is really nice to us, and he helps us a lot. The kitchen is wonderful that it also provides free milk, tea and coffee, and it definitely clean and well facilitated with oven, plates,...

A professional-level kitchen, a large outdoor/covered back patio with plenty of tables and chairs, and fun, happy travellers mark my experience at the 109. There were free-to-use computers in the downstairs common room, nice big screen TV to watch, with movies if you wanted, beanbag chairs, couches, and friendly staff.
I had plenty of room to store my foodstuffs in...

We stayed in a double room that was comfortable and utilised the shared kitchen & bathrooms which were clean & not overcrowded. The lack of windows in the bedrooms does make it feel a bit strange but there are balconies for eating out on & windows in communal areas. The free wifi is fantastic along with free breakfast items &...
