I recently took my wife to the Surfers Paradise Hilton. As I have been to many Hilton Hotels, I always had a pleasurable experience staying at this chain of Hotel. Because of this we are Honours members we normally get looked after. But sadly not this time. So many things made it an unforgettable night in all the worst ways.... More

This was my second time staying a this hotel. Overall it was nice but nothing too special, the rooms are a good size, the staff are helpful and the hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping.

Very bland decoration, no art works. Good breakfast in Food Store. Room good size, fittings ordinary. Great balcony, no furniture. Great views of Surfers Paradise beach. Only one arm chair in room, on computer showed two. Tried to get another arm chair without success, eventually received a plastic upright chair. Everyone polite and helpful.

We stayed 2 nights in an Executive King Relaxtion Room - the room was lovely, bed extremely comfy - unfortunately there was hair all on the bathroom floor - minor I know but not nice. I stayed in the apartments and the hotel and my experience was enjoyable.. The pool, spa and sauna area is great. The cafe and staff were very helpful..its just a short stroll to the main beach and all the restaurants and cafes..

Due to major roadworks Hotel is a little hard to get to and car parking is confusing and not explained well if a hotel guest! Check-in was fast and staff very helpful. This Hilton is well located in the heart of Surfers Paradise , The Entry and Reception is a little bit difficult to manage the first time you go there. Perhaps I was just a little put off by the roadworks going on... Checkin was slow. The rooms are very modern and very minimal yet stylish. Good ...no Great bathrooms..Great pillows.... More

I wouldn't normally choose to stay in Surfers (I prefer to stay down in Broadbeach) but I've got to say the Hilton Is amazing. Although Surfers is tacky and gross late at night some really nice restaurants have sprung up around the hotel making it a much nice place to stay now.
