Stayed here with my husband for a date night and was very impressed. The staff were fantastic and the room was great. We had a King Suite with Spa which was very spacious. Great location with lots of choice for restaurants. Nice touch too by putting bottles of water in our car:) Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely awful. Got a "tiny room" next to the lift. It was Saturday night so had very noisy people chatting and laughing getting in and out of the lift until very late at night. The Emporium Hotel lived up to expectations. The rooms looked good, we're clean and had lots of little touches that made the stay special. The turn down service with chocolate and bottle of water was particularly nice. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. For a busy part of town and some busy roads the rooms were very quiet.
