Stayed here for 3 nights before we joined our cruise. Service was great , front desk were so pleasant . Room had two double beds , nice & spacious & quiet . Events Co-ordinator Bec Herrmann made our planning of our wedding a great experience. We often stay in Brisbane, but have only just discovered The Novotel. We were impressed. The staff were excellent, efficient, accommodating and very friendly. The beautifully refurbished rooms were spacious and funky - and meticulously clean. The king bed was boofy and comfy. This lovely modern hotel makes a great first impression. Staff were helpful and attentive. Room was clean and modern. The view was average but we didin't spend long looking out the window anyway. After a long day on the road, battling road works, it was wonderful to see a smiling face as well as be able to relax and unwind in the hotel. Service was top notch and I experienced a wonderfully restful nights sleep.

Everything was easy and stress free. Traveled with Family and they also enjoyed it. Breakfast was excellent with choice and quality. The proximity to the CBD and Queens Street Mall was also great. The Central train station was also close which would make it easy for other travellers. Highly recommended

We stayed at the Novatel Brisbane when we were going to Suncorp Stadium to watch the football, getting to and from the game was so easy, we will do it again. The restaurant is lovely, great service, food and ambience.

Good value for money and awesome location in the middle of the CBD also clso to Central train station. The breakfast was also a highlight and definitely more than what i had expected. Friendly staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew.
