Stayed at the Hilton Brisbane for four nights. Ate brekfast in the restaurant every morning and had room service a couple of times. Great hotel and service, gym a little crowded at times due to limited machines.

What a fabulous guest experience. Arrived at 6am on an overnight flight from Perth and was checked into our room immediately and upgraded to the executive floor 19. We upgraded up to the executive level and did not regret the experience. The lounge was great with the free drinks throughout the day, and the staff were very friendly. They also helped recharge our phones as we forgot to bring our chargers.

Great value experience for business trip, staff and amenities very very good and helpful - good central location in heart of city close to airport Bars and on site restraint served good food and staff were most respectful and helpful on all occasions - would certainly return again Enjoyed the stay

Hotel is located in centre of town walking distance to galleries, museum & entertainment centre The shops are adjoining the hotel. Room was large, clean and well appointed, dinner was excellent and breakfast great, staff are very friendly, ask for high floor.

Centrally located in tow. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Queens Street Mall out the back door. Property is clean / new. Have stayed in this hotel several times in the past year and have not had a problem. This is my preferred hotel when travelling to Brisbane.

Location is amazing! Right in the centre of brisbane queen street. room booked was twin double with rainfall shower head. Shower head was not rainfall and when contacted concierge advised rainfall shower heads only in double room not twin.
