Honestly for the money we paid, I expected more. The white sheets and towels were grey from overuse and cheap fabric softeners, and the room looked NOTHING like the photos on wotif.com. The 'apartment' was so small that you couldn't swing a cat in it and we were all tripping over each other.

After seeing that there were shared baths, no 24 hour reception and no restaurant, I figured this would be a backpackers special but actually it turned out ok. This hotel does not offer what they claim - no breakfast, very dirty very unwelcoming. The hotel was booked for business and was downright embarrassing. I am amazed that WebJet still have such a place on their website.

Again the website doesn't show the truth.The Deluxe room was far from deluxe.There was no compendium so had we been unfamiliar with the area we would have had no idea on where to get a drink or meal or to buy a toothbrush or some milk.
