The hotel is in a good location to visit most of Sydney, especially if you want to spend time in china town. The front desk staff are not too helpful but the rooms are big and well appointed so more than make up for the first impressions given during check in.

Stayed 2 nights very helpful staff, rooms were very clean, the location is excellent it is handy to the shopping malls train station you can also just walk every. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would certainly come back to stay here!!!

We always use this hotel when we stay in Sydney. It's convenient to Central Station, the light rail, Capitol Theatre and Sydney Entertainment Centre. There are many options close by for eating including Harry's Cafe De Wheels. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Not very much traffic noise at night which is surprising considering its position.

Stayed here last month (March). Emailed hotel to advise that we would be arriving early morning after a long flight and when we arrived they let us check in early and upgraded us to a lovely room. Very impressed with the room and the facilities at the hotel, would highly recommend..
