If you are looking for a centrally located and affordable place to stay and don't want a backpacker hostel, this is the next best thing. Don't expect anything fancy, but it works for the few days you will stay in Sydney. Very friendly, helpful staff.

My guidebook said that this was a nice boutique hotel with bohemian style, how far from the truth this was. The room smelled like mildew and had construction lights sticking out of the wall. Though in a great location this accommodation was over priced. I was appalled by the condition of the room on arrival. The room was dirty and run down. The shower/bathroom were the most disappointing...could feel the presence of the last guest in a disturbing way!! DONT STAY HERE. Rated 3 stars should have been rated 1.

Dirty room, dirty linen, dirty, mouldy bathroom...and we had the better balcony room (with a broken balcony chair)! The worst stay we had in Sydney. Avoid.

Without a doubt this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at.
