It was our first trip to Sydney Australia. We got a good promotion with breakfast and stayed 4 nights. The location was excellent and near to most of attraction by walking distance. You could easily find transportation. Staff was helping, service was good. As Sydney is world's expensive cite so value to money was indeed great. Overall we enjoyed staying.

Down town hotel with good location and reasonable facilities but seemed to attract a crowd of noisy clubbers who return to room in the early morning. Also talking from adjacent room clearly audible. I will look eslewhere the next tiem I want accommodation in Sydney CBD

Internet is not stable, some time is good, some time is too bad although cost is too high. Area of room is too small. No cotton bud in bath room. No slipper in room. Food of breakfast is very poor. Location of hotel is very good.

Hotel is past its best and needs updating. Room booked was not available price adjusted only when asked why. Quality of room poor and cramped, bathroom was well past its use by date and closely resembled disabled facilities at a hospital. In short will not be staying again.
