Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel rooms bit dated and could have been a bit cleaner, rest of the hotel very modern. Kids loved indoor pool and opening times a real bonus. Great Location, close to restaurants and shops. Enjoyed our stay.

Great location above Wynyard Station. excellent breakfast inclusion package and you don't need a car. the rooms are excellent and insist on a front room over looking the park. Walking distance to main stream shopping and cabs and buses always at the front door.

We enjoyed The Menzies for it's cleanliness and service. The location was "spot on" with the railway station across the road and easy walking distance to many other attractions. The buffet breakfast was good and we ventured into the bars to unwind from a day of being "tourists". Thank you Menzies.

The booking was made from an offer on Sunrise TV program. The Menzies was comfortable, clean and convenient. Hotel itself perhaps a little tired but the stay was lovely. Piano Bar in the evening was also nice. Thank you.

Great location, staff were excellent. Only disappointment was the breakfast. The food on the hot buffet was cold, croissants were cold and stale. So for the price charged, would have been better off having breakfast at a cafe. Otherwise, highly recommended, I will stay there again
