When we entered the lobby of the Hotel we were greeted by the friendly Reception staff and Concierge who responded quickly and efficiently to every request. Novotel is part of a chain and you know what to expect. Utilitarian, useful, clean, rooms just about the right size (however we never did discover how to use the basin plug in the bathroom).
