Arrived at Quuens Beach during the hours of darkness; however the area did not make me feel comfortable. The facilities were at best basic; however the staff were extemely pleasant & tentitive. The rooms reminded me of Butlins 1970`s, but I do believe the hotel is primarily used for locals during holiday periods. The food was of high standard which... More

My family and I have stayed at the Queens Beach over the years and were delighted with the renovations that took place. I visited with my three children over the new years and spend two days. My children are teenagers so we took two bedrooms. They were very happy with the stay and have asked to return again. We arrived... More

We stayed at this resort form1 night in December 2012 between Christmas and the New Year. We were with our teenage children and had to take 2 rooms as the rooms are only set up to accommodate 2 persons although there is a bedroom and sitting room area. The room is lovely if overpriced. The food in the restaurant was... More

I stayed at this hotel for 4 days while doing consultancy for a comapnay in the Mayaro area. The stay was excellent and so were the staff, in the end I was almost saddened to leave. Upon arriving I found myself in a valley of smiles from the very first person I met at reception. She explained everything in detail... More

spend a night with my family to bring in the new years, dinner followed by entertainment was suppose to be the highlight of our evening, it didn't turn out that way, first we were told that the menu was changed (limited) due to the new years eve, then we waited for almost an hour before we were served and the... The ok looking rooms are dirty, they never clean more than a quick wipe around, do not look under the bed!! The staff is unprofessional, but that seems to be normal in Trinidad, they are very unfriendly and lazy. If you get food from one of the two restaurants you are lucky becouse normally they don't have what you order... More

I stayed with a friend who works in the Tourism Industry and myself a former General Manager of a 22 room hotel, and Operations Manager of 2 other hotels. She recommended the place for an overnight to attend the "Potspoon Throwdown, hosted by the Trinidad and Tobago Tourism Development at Mayaro. Upon checking in, the cost of the room $1,035.00...
