The Novotel is a little tired. Its clean and does the job, but a little overpriced for the hotel it is. Admittedly I arrived off a flight at 11.30 pm, but I had to ring a buzzer on the counter to get service and I think that says it all. More like motel standard.

Great, friendly service. Food at this hotel is excellent. We dined Friday night at the seafood buffet and had the amazing buffet breakfast on departure morning. Beds were very comfortable and room was well appointed and spacoius.

This hotel has a fantastic location being just off of the motorway. For convenience it can not be beat. The staff was second to none. They went out of their way to be helpful. We shall make sure that the next time we are in Auckland that we shall be staying at this hotel.
