Lousy food! Have to stay in line for half an hour in order to have breakfast or dinner! Cleaning personnel are rude and do a lousy job! Had to wait two days to get an extra blanket.

This hotel is in a prime location, with extremely clean rooms with great facilities in the hotel e.g. sauna, steam room, gym - free all the time, BUT the food was terrible! Stayed at this hotel twice now, because of it's good location (15 or so minutes from the capital, Andorra La Vella). It's right by the mountain bike hire shops for the summer and ski shops for the winter. The cable car is also 2 mins walk away. The hotel was really cheap to stay in and the staff were great.... The food was good! calm and clean. Getting out of the sauna and going outside snowing above us was magnific.

Hotel is very nice but suffers a little in finish. The walls are a bit on the thin side, the beds are very firm (ok if you like this), there is noise from the road and people leaving the Irish Bar in the early hours, and reception could try harder e.g. did not provide picnic breakfast as requested on day...
