The rooms are good with choice of pillows. However, the food is not good, typical mass market fare with expensive wine. The staff are friendly and helpful(unlike most staff at airport!). The bus to the airport is not free!

Hotel is near to the airport, that's its selling point. There is nothing wrong with it as an airport hotel. Stopped here for one night before an early flight from Stansted. It is all you need....basic, no luxuries, but clean and comfortable. You get 20 minutes free parking outside the hotel, be warned, they will keep you waiting at reception so if you can, get a member of your party to take your bags to the room to save time and money. Stopped here overnight. Quick check in. Room had a good standard of decor and was spotlessly clean. Option of a soft of firm pillow. Note that the rooms all seem to have a shower, but no bath. The reception staff are polite and efficient. The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. The hotel is located approximately 5 minutes bus ride from Stansted airport and the bus, which costs £3 per person, delivers you from the front door of the hotel to the departures terminal.
