Looks good from the outside & there is plenty of parking. Staff at reception were efficient & helpful, in fact I found all the staff wherever we encountered them (bar, restaurant etc.) to be really helpful, polite & a good sense of humour. Stayed here whilst visiting relatives in the area. Overall the hotel is very good with a high level of service. Room was clean and tidy and had all that we required. Breakfast was ok, but needs some attention to detail tgo bring it to a 4 star level. Plenty of onsite parking, and we would use again when visting family. More

Part of an organised holiday to London. Obliging management when asked to bring forward dinner to accommodate an early departure to London evening event. Good food. Very pleasant and obliging staff at all hours of day and night. Breakfast fresh and tasteful. Would reccomend. Not a traditional old hotel but more than adequate for anybody's needs. More
